Animal Kind

Drinking green smoothies will naturally add more plant foods to our diets and reduce any unwanted cravings. Different people have different reasons for introducing green smoothies into their diet. The reasons you choose are up to you!

We face a paradox. We want to be kind to animals; in fact, many of us have companion animals or enjoy visiting zoos, etc. At the same time, due to factory farming, the animals whom we eat for food live short, unnatural lives. By introducing more leafy greens, vegetables and fruits in our diet, we awaken our body’s consciousness to the source of all other produce that we choose to put into our bodies.

2: The End of the Line is a film about one of the world’s most disturbing problems – over-fishing. Advances in fishing technology mean lower prices and more supply but they also mean that whole species of wild fish are under threat and the most important stocks we eat are predicted to be in a state of collapse by 2050.
